All of our attorneys are fully licensed and have 5 to 10 years of experience handling employment-based U.S. immigration cases.  Attorneys work closely with our clients, thoroughly answering any questions.

www.LiveImmigration.com automates the administrative functions of running a law practice so that each attorney can focus attention solely on his/her clients.  The efficiency of this system gives the attorneys time to concentrate on moving cases along faster, while at the same time giving them (the attorneys) more time to talk with clients. This results not only in better legal representation, but also in the development of strong personal relationships.

1.  Our clients are able to quickly and easily log in to their cases without restriction and see their documents, track dates of action (including the multiple PERM “recruitment” dates), review and download complete copies of all filings, as well as read all Notices from the Immigration Service or the Department of Labor.

Our approach is to provide constant, immediate updates and easy access to all documents related to each case – including complete copies of all submissions.
